Terms of service

Effective August 25, 2026

These terms govern use of HealthBrokerPro, a client and policy management platform for licensed health insurance agencies. By signing in or using the platform you agree to them.

Accounts

Accounts are created by invitation from an agency administrator. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Use of the platform is limited to legitimate insurance business.

Agency data

Client records entered or imported into the platform belong to the agency. The agency is responsible for having the necessary consent and legal basis to store and use that information, including consent to contact clients by phone, text and email, and for complying with the insurance and privacy laws that apply to its business.

Communications and SMS

The platform's calling and texting tools may only be used to contact people who have consented to be contacted, in compliance with applicable law (including the TCPA) and carrier messaging policies. Message frequency varies by conversation; message and data rates may apply. Recipients can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP, and the platform enforces opt-outs through do-not-disturb controls. See the privacy policy for how communications data is handled.

Third-party services

Some features rely on third-party services — Amazon Web Services for hosting, Twilio for calls and SMS, and optional Google Calendar and Gmail integrations. Your use of a connected Google account is also subject to Google's own terms, and you can disconnect it at any time in User settings.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the platform: no unlawful contact or spam, no attempts to breach security or access another agency's data, no reselling of the service, and no use of the platform to store data you have no right to hold.

Availability and changes

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it available and correct, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change features over time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount the agency paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

An agency administrator may close accounts at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Data handling on termination follows the retention section of the privacy policy.
